Sawdust Summit: Idle Lumber Tycoon
Last updated: September 30, 2026
By installing or playing Sawdust Summit: Idle Lumber Tycoon (the "Game") you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Gems, cash, wood, Golden Pinecones, cosmetics and other in-game items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance them.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Prices include taxes where required. Refunds follow the store's policies. Consumable items are used when delivered.
Lumber Club is a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
The subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play > Subscriptions (or your App Store account settings). Deleting the Game does not cancel a subscription.
The Game shows ads, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. The Remove Ads purchase or Lumber Club removes banners and interstitial ads.
Do not cheat, hack, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, exploit bugs, or use the Game unlawfully. We may reset progress affected by cheating.
The Game is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features. Progress is stored on your device; we are not responsible for progress lost by uninstalling the Game or losing the device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
